As a first home buyer you are responsible for checking your eligibility, and if applicable, preparing and lodging your own application with the Office of State Revenue (OSR), or through a bank or lending institution (an approved agent).
Should you apply through the OSR for purchase, payments on the property will be made after settlement and your name will be registered on the title.
If you choose to apply through an approved agent, payment will be made at the settlement.
